What is it like waking up at 4am Every Day

Every business owner needs dedicated time to engage in deep work, and spending time coding without interruptions. When employees start working, I have no more time for myself. So I need to carve this time out, when no one bothers me, and I can be alone with my thoughts.
I am getting hyper focused, and results will stem out of this. I also preplanned out 4 hours worth of habits every day. Some of these are: 1 hour of cardio workout, self care in terms of food prep, coding uninterrupted for an hour… If you don’t start early enough in a day, you won’t make it.
All these habits need to flow. If I am to get to where I need to be, I need to put in very high quality and competitive time. Most ingredients for success are here. Now it’s up to the chef to make it.
One important factor is gaining a momentum. Given that I am not a natural morning person, I try to jump start my body with some Yoga and light training. If I could start working straight away, I would, but my energy levels aren’t there. So even when I do wake up at 4, up until 6 am, I am not having my full mental capacity. This is why it is even more important for me to get up this much ahead.
