Having to many things to do is definitely not the best situation to find yourself in. Number of tasks running through your mind can be extremely unhealthy, and be the root cause of your inherent anxiety problems.

Ways I am coping with task overload are oriented towards calming myself down. I haven’t ever really considered mediation seriously. I always found having my mind running, more important than holding it still.

One more thing you can do to cut through the noise, is simply reduce the amount of work you need to do. Life is a long game, and taking up onto yourself too much, is too much of a thing to do.
