Portland felt like Freedom

Found a photo from there, it was over a year ago. This city enchanted me, despite all the homeless people, despite all the hipsters that look like homeless people. It has a certain European soul. When this city was built, there was a massive culture. At some point this city had a lot of money. There is some resemblence of some form of the elitist snobby society, but that isn’t necessarily a problem. It is kinda cultural. There is an Apple store as well, and I enjoyed walking those streets and spending an ocassional weekend.
There is something amazing about this city, that makes it very real, almost home like. Something that makes me want to come back to it.
