Temporal shift of the United States…. No permanency what so ever… Uncertainty to the core…

In a sense USA is built around everything being temporary. That is why almost everything around me has this sense of being in movement. As a European I am not used to this feeling.

Every McDonalds, Subway or Mall feels like it could disappear tomorrow, if its purpose is obsolete. And in a sense all of it feels… Uncertain.

That’s why the whole of USA feels so virtual to me. Like another world. And unlike Europe, it feels slightly unreal, as whatever you see now… Might be completely gone tomorrow.
