I am actively considering moving to Linux operating system for security and my new career path in cyber security. You need to live and breathe open source and have complete over your digital environment. I also don’t really mind spending this much time in front of the computer. My peers are coding and managing Linux hardcore.

Now that I am getting serious about cyber security, I want to move all in faster and consistently. Discipline matters, but also keeping the mindset going.

One thing that I won’t miss about my Macbook is battery life. I hope that the laptop I decide to get will have strong battery life and be properly software optimized to work for a long time.
