Life in algorithmic times

Mind is powerful, but publishing thoughts publicly and constantly in order to connect with other humans is difficult. In an era where our minds are being scanned by AI on a daily basis, how do you protect yourself and your privacy?
How much sharing is too much? When do you stop?
We are living in algorithmic times, and our souls are being analyzed on an hourly basis. We are willingly sharing this data with large entities we know nothing about, yet they know everything about us.
How does your mind adjust to this knowledge? And to what end do we keep on sharing? Real thinking process needs to unfold, and we end up creating a permission based sharing platforms. I really wish that we come together to reclaim our data back. But so far, only select few care, and even then they don’t make any actions.
