While Hubspot preaches the empathy and compassion in their communication, they don’t practice those as business policies. This business stance is hypocritical and alienates the ultimate customers.
Tools without the soul and solid business acumen can’t win in the long run. Having a great sales game, won’t make up for bad policies.
In this turn of events, I am actively thinking about the replacement, and it seems that Active campaign may be the way to go about it.
