I wrote this in March. Seems this is the day I gave up. But I still have legitimate sense of exposure when using Google trash.
Every cool app or product that shows up carries inherent risk of getting acquired or starting to use Google servers for their services. Today I am going to give up temporarily on avoiding Google infrastructure. I don’t throw away the towel likely, but I’ve been dealt a terrible hand, and now I have conceded to my years long crusade.
I literally depend on Google services, as well as I depend on Google search engine for my livelihood, being a digital marketer.
