Day 5, 6 and 7: Resting, Chest And Back

Just about to hit the bed. Trainer from my gym told me ditch the tost..
So I did my chest, it was the laziest ever, but I burnt my chest down with some serious muscle soarness. It took me forever to get it done, but I did it eventually!
Day after that I did my back exclusively. I was speaking to a gym trainer, he said that if I want the good results with my back I need to give them around 50 minutes workout, with 5 different sets of excersises…
Overall, I am getting along with the program. I am going to hit the gym now and do my biceps and triceps.
Nutrition so far is going rather good, except for that tost, that will drop out as well. I still feel kinda beevous, but I am going through it…
