Day 3: Triceps and cardio

My whole body feels soar. Back, chest and bicep constantly emmit pain in bearable ammounts.
I regained my tonus back after 3 weeks of not working out. One of the best motivation boosters, when you don’t work out for a while, is that instant effect.
Today tricep was pushed hard. I was hitting around 40 kilos on tricep push on the bench. Follwed by two more excersises combined into super serie.
Super series save time and add cardio effect. I was drenched when I finished. Than I went on a thread mill for 30 minutes.
Low carbs mean low energy. You really need to put in mental power, because your physical energy is not on it’s highest level.
But in 90 days I will have a new body! After that I might start P90X 🙂
