Today I started my 90 day fitness journey. My diet kicked in 4 days ago, and I am becoming nervous like hell. Just completed my late evening workout. Pushed the usual weight, with less repetitions, but without breaks.
We call it super series. Goal setting for the upcoming week:
4 days in a row, than one day break. Than again 4 days break.
Nutrition will go slightly different. Carbohydrates ONLY in the morning and possibly after the workout. After the workout, whey protein shake or an Apple.
I have a good feeling about this round… Motivation is on an all time high.
