I am so thankful for all my employees giving their best every day, and resolving challenges for the clients on a daily basis.
I remember how scary my first step was, but without it, all these employment opportunities wouldn’t represent themselves to the people that are so worth it. At one point you notice you’ve created something bigger than yourself, and reflect on this cumulative success of a team.
